Now we are offering cheaper versions of Evo-K- and Evo-R- in standard Carbon. Carbon Evo-K- with standard Aluminium Parts starts as a kit from 6.900 Euro.

Evo-K- Canopy first Tests

The canopy for the Evo-K is currently being tested, soo the photos. First measurements with an SRM-crank showed a speed gain of 4-5 km/h at 50 km/h, of 6-7 km/h at 60 km/h and of 8-9 km/h at 70 km/h. The canopy is equipped with a usual notched motor-cycle-helmet vizor, a new vizor (approx. 30 Euros) is attached in 10 seconds. It can be removed during the ride. Even with unattached vizor the speed losses seem to be very small with sufficient ventilation, compared to the fully closed cap. The additional weight of the canopy built in carbon-fibre is approx. 600 gr. The price is not yet decided.

Milan SL Production started

During the last month´s we produced new moulds for the Milan SL Velomobil. Yesterday the first Carbon Milan SL left the moulds to get on the road. We are happy to get Räderwerk Hannover as a new client. Now we are producing go-one modells and the glasfiber Quest, Milan SL and the Tripendo.

New velomobile model: the go-one Evo K

During the last years, every here and then there was some demand for a go-one model without canopy. As with the go-one Evo R, racer Daniel Fenn supported us with his ideas and his experience. Thus we can present an even lighter and incredibly stiff new go-one: the go-one Evo K!

While the first go-one Evo R was driven by Daniel, only the second K was delivered to Daniel. For those who don’t know Daniel: he will always also see an every day velomobile in a racing model, and wants it built resistantly enough for this.

The Evo R and Evo K models are ususally ordered in modified versions; Daniel’s vehicle is no exception:

bottom bracket boom not adjustable (it is in the seris)
seat minimally adjustable but lower than in the series
a part of the gel-coat is transparent (on top of the carbon surfaces)
Chassis including hatch, seat, bottom bracket boom and glued-in attachments for the steering rods weighs 7,48kg. In spite of being built really stable.

The suspended rear fork is not yet ready, hence Daniel will race without rear-suspension at the world championship in Monza.

We are happy to welcome you on our new website. We were not able to “renovate” our homepage for quite some time, and honestly, we are not too sad about this as the reason was that we had to build so many vehicles and just did not have the time. Now we found a fan of go-one velomobiles who helped us with this.
