Due to the better aerodynamics, the rider can yield higher average speeds at the same effort and thus reaches his goal in a shorter time. Even entirely untrained upright cyclists immediately yield average speeds of 30km/h. “Average speed” here includes accelerating, stops, light ascends. The rider will usually see values of above 30-50km/h on his cyclometer at normal, non-exhausting effort. Minimal descends will immediately result in speeds of 40-60km/h and more. Light ascends can be ridden with approximately 15km/h. Head-winds are horror for normal cyclists. In a Go-one this horror comes to an end, you hardly feel it. Tail-winds push you and side-winds can often also accelerate you due to the form the Go-One has. The most comfortable feeling will be archieved in the open Go-One. There is a good contact to the environment, no wind noise and only a little bit of air stream in the face. Cold air almost does not reach the well protected driver. Due to the fantastic and well defined circulation inside the vehicle, humid air is quickly taken away from the canopy, and further outside the vehicle, such avoiding fogging of the canopy. In warm summer weather, the warm air inside is quickly brought outside. In winter you can still ride with only light clothes on at temperatures close to freezing, forget about frozen fingers in spite of wearing gloves. It is impossible to slip and fall on wet or slippy driving surface. In an accident, you wont be rolled over easily in a Go-One .
Due to the high demand and our high quality standards you currently have to assume it to take approx. 2-3 month to deliver.
Currently, an E-Go-One can be test ridden. The assist is a Crystelite hub motor powered by 640 w/h Lithium Ion Batteries from Sony. You can go between 30 and 50 km with a single charge. The electricity for 100 km costs around 30 ct., all this weighs an additional 14 kg. Price is not yet set. You can of course integrate all usual E-assists on your own.
Important! The high forces of a modern E-assist can destroy the dropouts of the carbon rear fork if the forces are not induced correctly and uniformly into the fork. Simply attaching the motor axis into the dropouts of the fork is usually not sufficient. Please use a torque support arm. You can see something like that on the picture.

The Go-One³ is designed for “normal” body sizes. That means, persons between 160cm and 190cm height, assuming normal proportions, fit into the Go-One without any problems. Taller persons may fit as well, thsi depends on the proportions. Long legs and a shorter torso are of advantage then. You can simply measure whether you fit: Sit down with your back to a wall and measure from the floor to the highest point of your head. Up to a measured distance of 95cm you will get in. At values above, the Hard-Softtop will not close correctly. The Evolution offers sufficient space for even taller riders. The payload is 90kg in standard build, further loads require modifications of the struts and maybe additional reinforcements.
When used correctly the Go-One exhibits a well tempered riding behaviour due to its low center of gravity and the designed track width / wheel base. In extremely ridden corners at high speed, if the tyres loose grip, it will rather slip than turn over. Of course, you can provoke a turn-over as in any vehicle if you aim at it.
The Go-one³ can be delivered in yellow, red and white. The Evolution can only be ordered in white with a colored set of decals.
Of course the Go-One is also delivered with a Rohloff Speedhub. The extra charges can be found in our price-list. Costumers who want to apply parts they have on stock, can also order without gear system, chain, pedals, and so on. We will then substract the amount we pay for these parts. Please send us your detailed request on this.
To re-finance your investment into your Go-one, you can offer parts of the fairing as an advert plate. The Go-one offers approx. 0,7m x 0,35m on each side in the front and approx. 0,7m x 0,5m at the rear. The Evolution offers 1,5m x 0,8m on each side of the rear.
